Known Xplan AML/FSC Form Issue (Partner Details)

We are aware of an issue with the AML form in Xplan where a partner’s AML form may still display some ID document details (such as document number, expiry date, or verification date) from the primary client, even when the partner’s personal details (name and date of birth) are shown correctly.

Please ensure to check the generated FSC forms to make sure the correct identification information is on the client and partner forms.

Iress plan to rollout the fix for this issue at 10pm AEST on Monday 27 April.
