Known Issue - Error when attempting diary sync - "Service is temporarily unavailable" 15/10/24 - There is an error in setting up diary sync where the user recieves the following Service is temporarily unavailable, please try again later: xplan.ServiceUnavailableError(reason="The API version 'V2' has been deprecated.") The Iress teams have concluded their investigations and have concluded that this error in Xplan is due to a change that was performed by Microsoft in the way that they allow connections to their software. As this will require Iress development work to complete, this needs to be considered against other priorities and at this stage they are unable to provide a date that this functionality would become available again. |
