Panorama Data Feed Issue

29/08/24 - IRESS have advised that the quality of data feeding to Xplan from Panorama is less than ideal. Refreshes are time consuming for both the adviser and IRESS. IRESS has commenced a project with Panorama to obtain a full refresh on all accounts that have a reconciliation issue. This may take a number of weeks to complete. In light of the above action, Panorama have requested that individual account refresh requests be put on pause until this project is complete. The work around is to identify the issue and apply a manual fix in the interim.

 

NetWealth Data Feed Issue

29/08/24 - IRESS have advised that the NetWealth data feed is duplicating transactions within the cash account.  As a result the cash holding will not reconcile, as two transactions will have the same details, but a different transaction id. Netwealth advise that the only work around currently is to manually delete the one instance of duplication. This issue is currently under investigation by Netwealth.

 

Known Issue - Error when attempting diary sync - "Service is temporarily unavailable"

15/10/24 - There is an error in setting up diary sync where the user recieves the following  Service is temporarily unavailable, please try again later: xplan.ServiceUnavailableError(reason="The API version 'V2' has been deprecated.") The Iress teams have concluded their investigations and have concluded that this error in Xplan is due to a change that was performed by Microsoft in the way that they allow connections to their software. As this will require Iress development work to complete, this needs to be considered against other priorities and at this stage they are unable to provide a date that this functionality would become available again.
